1. What We Collect
When you browse eng-covers.com, our servers and third-party analytics providers automatically log basic technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed and time on page. If you email us we retain your message and reply for record-keeping.
2. How We Use Your Data
Technical logs measure traffic, diagnose errors, improve page performance and detect abuse such as scraping or brute-force attempts. Email correspondence is used only to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell personal data, and we do not build advertising profiles on our visitors.
3. Cookies
We use a small number of first-party cookies to remember display preferences (such as whether the mobile menu is open) and to measure page views. We may use third-party analytics cookies such as Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser without significant loss of functionality.
4. Sharing With Third Parties
We share limited data with: our web hosting provider (server logs), our analytics provider (aggregate usage), our email provider (correspondence) and, where legally required, with law enforcement or regulatory bodies. We do not share data with Covers.com, CS Media Limited or with any sportsbook.
5. Data Security
The site is served over HTTPS with modern TLS. Infrastructure providers apply industry-standard access controls, encryption at rest and regular security patching. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the limited personal data we hold.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or request data portability. 7. Data Retention
Technical logs are retained for up to 90 days. Email correspondence is retained for up to 24 months unless a longer retention period is required by law. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form only after 14 months.
8. Children
This site is intended for users 18 or over (21+ where required). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided data to this site, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
